| Isnt better to have barriage strike in lvl 1(tho its pointless skill anyway low dmg+nodebuff on it) and make one of urs lvl 71 skill attack in lvl 3 or 4? |

| mate, 71 skills re really useless  close fin air is a target one & there is no point to use it for pvp. For other one *lightnin rush, it has st-line targets & low dmg with HUGE mana wasting... but after 92+ really u cant know wht skills tht u ve to use on plus 1 . So i used them on barrage strike maybe others will use for passive ones | |
