| http://www.alinfo.pl/builder/show/HM/12nz-j1kqy0-2jszjwa-pq2t6r-1mswuinyou can skill down the skill lvl of Mass snare and windquake when you have +1 uniques and armor and weapon , becasue its enough when this skills are on the lvl that you can slow the mobs 100 % . same with stunner dont skill more then 50 % sb by stunner because thats the highest sb on that skill. ty  | |
